Your Own Community Foundation is committed to assisting children families, seniors, veterans and military personnel in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and any county in any state where ever there may be a need. We strive to relieve the burden of everyday practical needs in uncertain times, by connecting those who need help with those who are able to help and encourage a greater sense of community for all.
Our communities deserve immediate attention to immediate concerns. We work quickly to supply struggling families with practical necessities. Due to the time-sensitive nature of many requests we aim to provide aid within 24 to 48 hours whenever possible and within limited means. We understand the importance of assisting those who are struggling in a timely manor and assess each need to ensure appropriate needs are met.
Why We Help
It’s our belief that families and individuals can be hit with unexpected hard times, making the road to getting back on track a struggle. More often than not these families and individuals find themselves in situations that can spiral downward without the proper help and resources.
